I picked up my new Rize Fixie today it was an awesome experience from the moment I entered the store to a few days later making my decision and getting my new ebike. It so awesome to have a dedicated ebike store right here in Sherwood Park with top notch go that extra mile service and buying experience. I recently bought my Rize e-bike from this store, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff and the owner were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me choose the right bike without any pressure.
I got the bike at an excellent sale price, and Darrell even offered an additional 15% discount on all the accessories, which was a great bonus.

Garrick was friendly and very knowledgeable. He sold me the AIMA BIG SUR SPORT 2. I have been riding 3 weeks to work up a steep short hill. Peddle assist keeps me at the 30km an hour speed limit which is perfect for my needs. I still have not had to charge the battery. I love this bike! Highly recommend! Thank you:)

Love this place

It was challenging to find a local e-bike business that would service and tune-up a used e-trike. Stores will often only look at the brands they sell.
The staff at this business were eager to help and provided a timely top notch service. The bike was cleaned like new and I was back on the trails in 3 days, able to ride with confidence. The final price was as estimated and the only surprise was getting it back earlier than promised. Great job Sherwood e-bikes.

Where do I start!
Firstly, walking in the environment was open and welcoming Darrell instantly got us out on bikes, he let us explore them privately and just simply told us to enjoy ourselves!
Secondly, offered to not only build my bike but deliver it on top of that!
I would 10x over suggest this business to anyone in the market for an EBike!
